Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation's leading brands. We're hiring a Sr. Product Manager for a fully remote opportunity.

This role, fully remote and operating on an EST schedule, involves leading a product management effort focused on creator tools that help users manage and fulfill their projects and campaigns. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, insights, brand, and marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Own significant and complex business objectives and be responsible for the full product lifecycle — from discovery to iterative releases necessary to achieve these objectives.
  • Communicate user problems, business opportunities, team roadmaps, ongoing updates, and project/OKR results clearly and effectively to a variety of audiences (e.g., executive stakeholders, product team, people with and without technical expertise).
  • Translate different channels of user insight, product analytics, and research into a strategic 6-month roadmap, then into actionable work.
  • Identify and recommend success metrics and/or key results related to your business objective that enable meaningful ways to measure progress.
  • Manage important business relationships with leadership, key stakeholders, and sometimes key third-party partners to achieve long-term company goals.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with a team of engineers, designers, and other product managers as well as non-technical stakeholders to plan, develop, and release work across web and mobile platforms.
Sr. Product Manager I Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Degree/ MBA or a Master's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role
  • Product Lifecycle: Demonstrated experience managing products through their entire lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and iteration.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working effectively with diverse teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: The ability to interpret data, understand market trends, and develop data-driven solutions to complex problems.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated strong business acumen, the ability to identify high-impact problems, and to formulate innovative product strategies.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant technologies, platforms, and product management tools, such as Jira.
  • Customer Focus: A deep understanding of customer-centric design principles and the ability to translate user insights into actionable product decisions.
