Job Summary:

Assembler and Installation Specialist

We seek a skilled Assembler and Installation Specialist to join our field installation team. This individual will be responsible for assembling and installing various fall protection systems while ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

• Assemble and install fall protection systems according to engineering drawings
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Operate heavy equipment and power tools
• Travel extensively for on-site installations

Key Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, standard warehouse forklifts, and manlifts
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and fraction and decimal conversion)
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Reliable and organized with excellent communication skills
• Able to pass drug/alcohol screens and background checks
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• Willingness to work in extreme climates for extended periods

Work Environment:

The physical demands of this role require regular climbing, standing, kneeling, and reaching. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
