Location: Must be local to WI! Fully remote. This person may work in our Middleton, WI office, fully remote (Wisconsin locations only), or a combination of the two depending on availability.

Description:

Process select incoming forms by reviewing, interpreting and entering data into the appropriate account. Review accounts that may need a new Benefits Card issued and complete the process in the appropriate system. Moving documents between folders on the network. Manage and maintain updates to participant accounts including enrollment, renewal, termination, and Benefits Card account maintenance. Process Health Savings Account customer identification program (CIP) documentation, account closures, account transfers and other associated updates. Process manual client renewals. Some limited external contact with participants to notify them when something is processed.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
