Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 years related experience/training; or equivalent
- Basic First Aid and CPR certification where required
- Successful completion of all Atria training programs
- Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions and correspondence
- Effective communication skills for small group and individual interactions
- Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing)
- Ability to understand and carry out detailed instructions
- Competency in operating phones, emergency systems, photocopiers, and working various schedules
Responsibilities
- Answering calls cheerfully and routing them appropriately
- Managing messages, visitor coordination, and guestroom reservations
- Maintaining resident hospital lists and updating calendars
- Handling mail, deliveries, and office equipment
- Financial duties like collecting rent and store purchases
- Driving community vehicles if required
- Performing additional duties as assigned
Salary Range
The wage range for this position is $16.35/hr - $18.80/hr, depending on experience.
