Our Offering* Competitive wages - up to $28.78 per hour + shift premiums (wage is assigned based on skill and ability and position);* Eligible for medical and dental benefits the 1st of the month following date of hire;* Regular increases, dependent upon performance, until top rate is reached;* Opportunities for advancement into varying positions with higher pay scales;* Up to 6% in Pension Matching Contributions, effective 60 days from benefits activation;* An annual Defined Profit-Sharing Plan (dependent upon company performance);* Employee Discount programs are available for all employees;* Clean, bright and climate-controlled production areas.Your Key Responsibilities* Transit and document part movements where required.* Physically transfer parts to next indicated operation as per router, being careful to transport parts/components as per applicable handling specifications.* Perform intra-company transportation of parts/components as per applicable handling specifications.* When requested transport or re-locate containers/materials.* Ensure all pertinent documentation enclosed in router accompanies parts/components.* Perform related functions and assist production departments as required.* When necessary, preserve parts/components.* Transportation of chemicals to required processes or storage locations.* Required to train other employees as required.* Responsible for excellent housekeeping and maintaining 5S in all areas.* Meet the skill requirements identified in the applicable training matrix and maintain certification through company Certified Operator Program.Your QualificationsEducation: Grade 12 diplomaExperience: Mechanical aptitudeSkills:* In possession of valid driver's license* Forklift certification a benefit* Able to lift 30 - 50 lbs repeatedly* Will require continuous standing & walking
