About the Role

We are actively seeking an Assistant Chief Compliance Officer to play a crucial role in the development and execution of our BSA/AML, OFAC compliance, and fraud prevention programs. This position is vital in ensuring our operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal guidelines. You will be instrumental in creating and enhancing compliance policies and procedures, monitoring compliance program efficiency, and managing our overall compliance framework.

In this role, you will lead our corporate compliance program, provide training to employees, and collaborate with various business units to proactively identify and mitigate compliance risks. Your experience and knowledge will help us strengthen our compliance posture in the financial services arena.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related area within the financial services industry.
• Thorough understanding of the Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering regulations, and the Patriot Act.
• Exceptional analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration.
• Experience in managing multiple projects efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A proven track record of working independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
