The RoleTripleLift is seeking a strategic, influential, and hands-on Senior Director, People Operations & Total Rewards to shape and lead our global rewards strategy and deliver seamless employee experiences. This executive-level leader will oversee and develop a high-performing People Operations team, driving accountability and excellence in payroll, compensation, benefits, and compliance worldwide. As a trusted advisor to the CPO, CFO, and executive leadership team, this role will design and execute total rewards strategies that attract, retain, and motivate talent while ensuring scalability, compliance, and financial discipline.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership & Team Development: Advise on compensation, benefits, and payroll strategies; mentor the People Operations team; drive operational excellence and change management for global programs; ensure transparent communication and scalable processes; maintain accurate data across all People systems.
  • Compensation & Total Rewards Strategy: Design and govern global compensation structures, pay bands, equity programs, and incentive plans; partner on budgeting and long-term incentive planning; lead market benchmarking and pay equity analyses; develop recognition and rewards programs.
  • Global Payroll & Compliance: Lead global payroll function, ensuring compliant, accurate, and timely cycles; manage variable compensation processes; ensure regulatory compliance and governance with Finance, Legal, and vendors.
  • Benefits Leadership: Design and execute comprehensive global benefits programs; provide U.S. benefits guidance and localize regional programs; lead vendor strategy and negotiations; resolve complex benefits issues with high service standards.
  • Workforce Planning, Data & Systems: Oversee HRIS strategy and data governance; deliver analytics and forecasting for executive decision-making; collaborate on headcount planning and budgeting; maintain audit readiness and compliance.
  • Global Mobility & Immigration: Oversee immigration and mobility strategy; coordinate with counsel and stakeholders to ensure compliant, timely experiences; monitor policy changes and advise leadership.
  • Workplace Strategy: Lead global workplace operations, align with hybrid models and culture; manage budgets and vendor relationships.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in People Operations or Total Rewards, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of global payroll, benefits, and employment laws, practices, and systems.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale global People Operations teams in high-growth environments.
  • Experience with HR systems (e.g., ADP, HiBob, CultureAmp or similar) and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Strong project management and process design skills, with a track record of building scalable systems.
  • Collaborative, proactive, detail-oriented approach with a bias to action.
Compensation & Benefits

US Job: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the TripleLift US salary range for this position. The range is one component of total compensation and may include bonuses and region-specific benefits.

  • Salary transparency: $150,000—$200,000 USD
  • Other rewards may include bonuses and region-specific benefits
