Executive Assistant Opportunity - Support Three Dynamic Healthcare Leaders! Are you a polished, growth-minded professional ready to make a meaningful impact in pediatric healthcare? We're seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to three executives across our innovative healthcare divisions:
  • Chief Medical Officer Operations (Network Education & Innovation, Virtual Health & Innovation, Clinical Support Services)
  • Chief Health Equity Officer (Social Determinants of Health initiatives)
  • Enterprise Care Management Leader
What You'll Do:
  • Executive Calendar Management: Coordinate complex schedules across multiple high-level executives and liaison with other executive assistants (CEO, CMO teams)
  • Quarterly Business Reviews: Compile divisional status reports into polished infographics and executive dashboards for C-suite presentation
  • Strategic Meeting Support: Take detailed minutes for leadership team meetings and coordinate cross-divisional initiatives
  • Travel & Expense Coordination: Manage executive travel arrangements and process expense reporting
  • Email Management: Handle executive correspondence and information gathering on behalf of leadership
  • Project Coordination: Support special projects across Network Education, Virtual Health Innovation, and Clinical Support Services
  • Supply & Event Management: Coordinate office supplies, food orders, and departmental logistics
What We're Looking For:
  • 5-7 years Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially PowerPoint for creating executive-level presentations and infographics
  • Healthcare experience preferred (clinic, hospital, insurance, or health system background a plus)
  • Professional presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Multi-executive support experience - ability to prioritize and manage competing demands
  • Discretion & confidentiality - you'll handle sensitive organizational information
  • Proactive mindset with strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Flexibility and adaptability - supporting leaders across different divisions and reporting structures
