Directs operations for the support services departments of the organization. Consults with staff, physicians, other members of leadership, and the COO on operational support matters. Interprets and implements regulatory standards, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance. Organizes support service departments policies and procedures which are developed to serve the Mission, Vison, and strategic plan of KRMC. Demonstrates competency in the operational support service departments of Environmental Services, Nutrition Services, Facilities, Business Office, and Safety and Security. Builds and leads a culture of teamwork and respect throughout areas of responsibility and across departments, engaging effectively with all stakeholders.
