Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for ink blending, machine operation, inventory control, quality control tests, and providing press-side technical support. You will also ensure safety requirements are met and participate in housekeeping and monthly reporting.
Responsibilities
Operate and manage machines efficiently.
Blend ink to meet specific requirements.
Handle inventory control effectively.
Conduct quality control tests regularly.
Provide technical support at the press-side.
Follow all safety protocols diligently.
Maintain cleanliness and order through housekeeping.
Prepare and submit monthly reports.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in machine operation and inspection.
Experience with forklift operation, including sit-down forklifts.
Inventory management and control expertise.
Ability to match colors accurately and pass a color vision test.
Strong written, reading comprehension, and math skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills.
Capability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience in shipping, receiving, assembly, and packaging.

The facility is an older building that remains organized and somewhat clean. It can become quite hot in the summer and cold during the winter months.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
