Job DetailsThe Senior Clinical Specialist will collaborate with the Regional Sales Director and Territory Manager within a defined geographic area to engage with existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals). The goal is to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care, and to demonstrate how our products can help achieve these goals and meet patient/client needs. By providing case coverage, the Senior Clinical Specialist will contribute to meeting sales goals, achieving company objectives, and increasing revenue.
The base pay offered will consider factors such as location, education, skills, and experience. Incentives may include commissions for sales roles, and discretionary annual bonuses for non-sales roles, with eligibility and amounts governed by applicable plans. The company also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a 401(k) plan with up to 6% employer match, employee stock purchase plan, flexible time off, vacation and sick leave, holidays, parental leave, disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and other health and welfare benefits.

The salary range for this role is $66,060.29 - $109,051.90 annually.
