Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center is an 820,000-square-foot facility with 365 beds, over 1,200 employees, and a 27-bed Emergency Room/Fast Track Unit, offering cutting-edge technology and patient-focused care.

Responsibilities:

The Patient Access Rep acts as a liaison among Finance, Nursing, and Physician offices. Responsibilities include obtaining accurate demographic information, verifying insurance details, and managing patient authorization, eligibility, and benefits.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience in medical or medical insurance fields.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent customer service and multitasking skills.

Salary depends on experience and education, with potential additional pay components such as differentials and call pay.
