Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Onestream Lead Consultant at Strategic iQ. The Onestream Lead Consultant will be responsible for leading project teams to implement Onestream and Onestream marketplace solutions, conducting business analysis and document business requirements, and providing strategic recommendations. The role involves overseeing the implementation of financial and accounting solutions, developing project plans, managing teams and ensuring client satisfaction. This position is hybrid, located in Rochester, MI, with work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership and project management skills
• Must be Certified Onestream Architect
• Strong business analysis and strategic planning abilities
• Proficiency in implementing Onestream financial consolidations, financial planning & analysis, and profit & cost management
• Proficient in functional knowledge in audit and/or controller staff level work at large companies and complex transactions
• Experience with change management and streamlining business operations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the finance or accounting industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or informatuon systems
• Big 4 CPA certification is a plus
• Excellent business acumen is a plus
