Overview

Flashpoint (formerly Visceral.ai) is an AI-powered Market Research and Strategy platform. Co-funded by Capital One Former Chief of Strategy and leading ML and AI engineers. Flashpoint combines AI capabilities with Capital One's proven data science, market analysis and in-market testing methodologies to disrupt and democratize rigorous bespoke Market Research and Strategy development. Flashpoint is a funded, early stage start-up with product in market. Compensation will be cash and significant equity.

Role

This is a full-time role for a Head of Product. Flashpoint is a startup located in New York City but with remote employees around the world. The Head of Product will lead development and build research and strategy products from concept to launch working closely with engineers, data scientists and front line sales team. The Head of Product will fuse world class Strategy Consulting and Research methodologies with the Flashpoint AI platform to develop breakthrough products that crush the cost, time and complexity of bespoke Market Rrsearch and Strategy development. Given the early stage of the company, the rapidly evolving Ai industry, and the dusruptive forces reshaping the Research and Consulting industries, this role will require a combination of ambitious vision, analytic rigor, creativity and exceptional go-to-market speed and execution.

Qualifications

• Superior Analytic and Strategy Skills (Familiarity with Market Research a plus)
• Exceptional product mindset
• Exceptional product delivery and execution skills
• Ability to work cross functionally with engineers, data scientists, researchers and sales team and clients
• Experience and track record of success at a leading Strategy Consulting firm or equivalent a strong plus
