- Primary Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM
- Training: Weekday shift, Monday-Friday
Responsibilities:
- Operate the production line efficiently and safely with minimal supervision
- Meet production goals and deadlines
- Assist in assigning tasks to Purlin Line Helpers
- Communicate with supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and task completion
- Collaborate with team members to maintain productivity
Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of consistent work history
- 2+ years of machine operator experience (CNC or similar preferred)
- Flexible availability
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50-100 lbs
