Manage multiple public health programs, supervise program staff, and oversee the development of proposals, grants, and contracts. Coordinate and implement public health services related to disease detection, prevention, and health promotion for targeted populations. Review and monitor contractor performance, ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements and program goals. Develop data collection instruments, strategic plans, and evaluation methods for public health programs. Provide technical guidance to staff, respond to inquiries from stakeholders, and participate in policy development and legislative review.
