What You'll DoAs an Automotive Technician / Mechanic, you will:
Receive and complete Repair Orders as dispatched.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair vehicles using state-of-the-art diagnostic tools.
Provide accurate labor, time, and parts estimates.
Perform repairs on engines, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more to Ford factory standards.
Conduct Quality Control checks to ensure repairs are completed correctly.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department team members.
Participate in ongoing Ford training and education programs.

We're looking for someone who is:
Passionate, skilled, and dedicated to providing an exceptional customer experience.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
Excited by innovative automotive technology.
Experienced in service repair (independent shop experience a plus).
Great mechanical, electrical, and computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be 18 years or older.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Authorized to work in the USA.
Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and MVR.
