Deal structuring and sales intelligence leader will be responsible for developing and modeling creative deal structures in a business-to-business, consultative selling environment centered on nuclear services and nuclear fuel offerings. Works with commercial teams, account executives and product management teams to deliver insights and lead data-driven internal and external conversations that highlight customized customer value. The leader brings deep analytical capabilities, standardization experience and proven commercial creativityto the team. Strong emphasis on collaboration across functions and levels internally and externally. Ability to connect financial and operational insights and communicate customer value in the customer's language. The leader is measured on key financial metrics such as revenue and EBITDA as well as deal closure.

The base pay range for this position is $152,000 to $250,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on Tuesday September 23rd.
The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
