JOB SUMMARY & QUALIFICATIONS:
The Office Administrator manages the front desk, including answering phones and greeting visitors. They work with Program Managers to ensure program standards and proper documentation in accordance with COA standards. Responsibilities include data entry, communication, copying, and file management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The role requires a high school diploma, with coursework in office technology preferred. Computer literacy and multitasking ability are essential. Knowledge of Home and Honor programming, local resources, and cooperation with service providers are desired. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are required. Reliable transportation, valid drivers license or KY ID, and a satisfactory criminal background check are necessary.
