Responsibilities
- Responsible for the daily care of medicine from seed/clone to harvest; monitor environmental factors to maximize production and maintain cleanliness and sanitation inside the cultivation area.
- Implement daily feeding and care schedule as directed by Cultivation Manager.
- Maintain consistency and discretion when pruning and repotting crops at various stages.
- Conduct routine visual inspections to identify pests or deficiencies and report findings to the Cultivation Lead.
- Propagate crops to meet inventory requirements as determined by the Cultivation Lead.
- Maintain accurate records of reservoirs, equipment, and other crop-related logs as assigned by the Cultivation Lead.
- Accurately scan inventory into designated locations.
- Use and maintain tools and equipment properly, including shop vacuums, pumps, hoses, carts, scissors, loppers, stools, gloves, rags, and goggles.
- Perform daily and periodic cleaning tasks on the cultivation floor and loading area; dispose of waste properly.
- Assist in completing other cultivation tasks as directed by the Cultivation Lead and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree in horticulture, agriculture, biology, chemistry, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in horticulture, botany, or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of basic computer use (inventory systems; Word; Excel) and office equipment.
- Strong math skills for inventory, projections, and time management.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, maintain confidentiality, and work effectively as part of a team.

Work Environment And Physical Demands
- Must be able to work quickly but accurately while maintaining product integrity
- Light to moderate lifting up to 50 lbs, heavier with assistance
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- Repetitive motions and familiarity with lab equipment
- Personal protective equipment required (lab coats, hair/beard nets, gloves, masks, safety glasses/goggles)
- Adherence to facility hygiene requirements
