The manager shall oversee team recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development to foster a skilled and motivated workforce. Obtains appropriate documentation from technical staff as well as participating in Primary Sourcing to ensure team are in compliance with State, National Accrediting Agencies, as well as compliance with all of Cooper's policies and corporate compliance requirements to include Annual Safety Training, PPD, Fit Testing and safety across the continuum. Implement and enforce departmental policies, procedures, and quality standards. Ensure adherence to Joint Commission standards and regulatory compliance. The manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations across all areas of the oversight.
Bachelor's Degree preferred.Current NJ-BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) required.Basic Life Support American Registry of Radiologic Technologists M-F.
