Job Responsibilities
Operate the front desk and check in clients for their appointments. Maintain a clean work area - wipe down surfaces, sweep, and mop as needed. Converse with patients to create a friendly and welcoming environment. Update patient information electronically, schedule appointments, and collect financial contracts. Place and answer office phone calls as needed. Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday. Saturday shift once every 10-12 weeks. Work Skills and Experience
This position requires no previous work experience. However, we are looking for a team member with exceptional communication skills, capable of socializing with clients while performing job duties efficiently.
