Job Description :

Overview: This role is part of the Tactical Training Team, focusing on asset management for a diverse portfolio of equipment including vehicles, robotic systems, and exercise support gear. We are seeking a proactive candidate who can quickly adapt to changing tactical environments and possess the knowledge or capability to operate and maintain various technical systems aligned with ONR code 34 technology.

Travel: Expect 15% CONUS travel.

Clearance: An ACTIVE Secret Clearance is mandatory for this position, and applicants will be subject to a security investigation. US Citizenship is required to obtain a clearance.

Requirements:

  • Basic to intermediate mechanical/automotive repair experience.
  • FAA part 107 license.
  • Ability to obtain and hold Range Safety Officer certifications within the Marine Corps and Navy.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track a dynamic portfolio of assets and inventory.
  • Perform necessary maintenance and repairs on technical systems to ensure their reliability and readiness.
  • Coordinate logistical support for training events, including setup and teardown of equipment.
  • Provide technical support to military units, ensuring availability of necessary systems and assets.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • ASE certification A1-A8.
  • Experience with various asset management systems.

Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Compensation: Our compensation is determined based on various factors, including experience, education, security clearance, and skills. The projected annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $110,000 (USD).
