POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Service Line Development Director, this position will work closely with the Strategy and Management Services Organization (MSO) Team and will have extensive experience in creating unique models, developing dashboards and ensuring program progression. This position will drive awareness, identify problems and opportunities and recommend solutions to improve efficiency, productivity and profitability.
This position will be hybrid. Applicant must reside within a 2-hour radius of our home office in Binghamton NY. No relocation, provided.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The responsibilities of Business Analyst, Strategy & MSO will include the following:
Essential Functions:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data to understand business needs and recommend solutions.
- Build predictive and prescriptive models to gain operational insights and identify new opportunities.
- Analyze program and client data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can improve population health outcomes and address the needs of vulnerable populations and organizations.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings related to program and client outcomes.
- Present insights using analytical solutions to key stakeholders.
- Clean data received from partners and clients.
- Drill into data to find opportunities driven by curiosity.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, manage time well, and adhere to deadlines.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support focused on population health initiatives.
- Conduct advanced statistical analyses and predictive modeling to forecast healthcare trends and outcomes, particularly for vulnerable populations.
- Measure the statistical significance of outcomes.
- Select target clients/regions for interventions.
- Perform before and after analysis.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data quality checks.
- Stay updated with the latest healthcare data analytics tools and technologies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field;
- 2-4 years of data analytics experience preferrable in a health care setting.
- Proficiency in Power BI.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to clean and organize large data sets
- Experience with data analysis and statistics.
- Strong Excel Skills; must have experience in using Logic functions
- Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer

- : Preference will be given to qualified candidates with experience, knowledge, education, and/or skills in behavioral health services, management, and systems (Mental Health, Substance Use, and Co-Occurring Disorders.)
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Care Compass Network utilizes a hybrid work model where employees are able to work remotely from a home office or from the CCN office, a non-clinical professional office setting. There may be some travel required for partner and/or network meetings.
