LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Kaneohe, Hawaii.

Job Description & Requirements

On Call Requirements:

6 shifts a month as needed, to include weekends

Weekend Requirements:

Rotating Weekends as needed (2-3 per month)

• 2+ year Nursing experience - REQUIRED
• 6 months of Home Health experience - REQUIRED
• Travel experience - REQUIRED
• Active and clear driver's license and car insurance - REQUIRED
• Hawaii license - REQUIRED
• Homecare Home Base and OASIS - REQUIRED
• COVID and FLU vaccine - REQUIRED. Will not take declinations!
• Bachelor's degree - preferred
• Case Manager experience - preferred
