Job Details- Registered Nurse position in Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit at MMC Las Cruces.
- Facility offers diagnostic, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services on inpatient and outpatient basis.
- Joint Commission Accredited, Chest Pain Center with Primary PCI, Certified Primary Stroke Center.
- Position requires 2+ years of experience and MS/Tele experience.
- Patient population serves all ages.
- Role includes floating to other Medical/Surgical units as needed.
Job Requirements- Must have RN licensure in New Mexico.
- Required certifications prior to start: ACLS, BLS, HWC, NIH.
- Must be fingerprinted before hire with documentation of background check processing.
- Must have 2+ years of experience.
- Must have Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience.
Schedule Information- Shift details provided separately.
- Weekly guaranteed hours: 36.
- Weekend hours every other week or as needed.
- Call requirements as needed.
Unit Specific Information- Unit: Medical/Surgical Telemetry (Tele Med/Surg)
- Floor: 2765 (605) TELE MED/SURG
- Trauma Level: IV
- Patient ratios: 1:6
- EHR system: Meditech
- May float to other Medical/Surgical units as needed
- Serves all ages
Additional Details- Orientation is weekly on Mondays.
- Travelers must be 60 miles or greater to be considered Travel.
- Facility Department/Cost Center: 2765 (605) TELE MED/SURG.
- Supervisor: Director of Tele/Med/Surgical Units.
- Dress code: Scrub color any; no casual wear.
