Research Scientist I (Protein/Genetic Engineering) - PhD

Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Research Scientist I specializing in genetic engineering. The role involves conducting experiments, analyzing data, developing new protein/genetic engineering techniques, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position is on-site and located in New York City, NY at our HQ.

What We Require - Qualifications
- Proficiency in genetic engineering techniques and molecular biology
- Experience with protein engineering and biochemical assays
- Strong data analysis and bioinformatics skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- PhD in Genetics, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field
- Experience in precision agriculture or related field is a plus
- Compensation $160-180k + equity

The estimated salary range for this position is $160-180k + equity. Further note that total compensation for this position will be determined by each individuals relevant qualifications, work experience, skills, and other factors.
