Overview We are seeking a deeply digital-native, creative Digital Media Marketing Manager who lives and breathes digital culture and marketing. The role is to support the growing hospitality brands at GKH in all things marketing and communications, specifically focusing on digital content. This role is ideal for someone passionate about brand building, and all things marketing. You will play a key role in maintaining day to day marketing operations as well as collaborating with team members to plan and execute revenue-driven brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities - Marketing & Execution: Execute an integrated digital-first marketing plan aligned with our growth objectives; Oversee all online and offline marketing initiatives including SEO-driven content, paid campaigns, website optimization, social media, and events; Leverage analytics tools to track performance, refine campaigns, and demonstrate ROI; Ensure all messaging reflects the companys mission, commercial impact, and digital search visibility goals; Support marketing deliverables like updated imagery, copy, and printed materials; Assist in the development of seasonal campaigns, launches, and partnership activations; Drive the marketing calendar; Track deadlines, flag risks early, and keep everyone aligned; Track and report on KPIs (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.) to measure performance and refine strategy for all social media, email marketing and influencer collaborations; Use data to inform optimization for better results
- Digital/Website Management: Oversee daily management and updates of websites, monitor performance and conversion funnels to maximize engagement with efforts across SEO optimization; Manage timelines and deliverables across social, design and website; Own asset and content organization; Lead updates of copy and imagery across all touch-points, website, and portals; Manage production and maintenance of branded print assets and collateral
- Social Media Implementation: Develop and execute a compelling, platform-native social media strategy for Instagram/FB and emerging channels; Own the content calendar, aligning weekly and monthly plans to brand campaigns, product launches, and cultural moments; Track platform trends and innovations to ensure our content stays relevant and differentiated; Lead community management/ engagementrespond to DMs and comments, foster conversations, and act as the brands voice in real time; Monitor sentiment and surface insights from the community to inform content and product direction; Editing platform-specific content for Instagram/FB and Stories/Reels
- Email and Affiliate Marketing: Develop calendar of email marketing for events and campaigns; Manage email marketing and flows; Grow and manage affiliate marketing
Qualifications - 3-5 years of professional marketing experience in hospitality or luxury consumer brands
- Demonstrated experience managing paid media, social media, website, and print projects
- Experience with digital performance and analytics tools (e.g. Later, Klaviyo, AWIN)
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at once
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, InDesign and Figma is required
- Strong writing skills and an instinct for brand voice and storytelling
- Graphic Design and Print experience is a strong plus
- Proactive, collaborative, highly organized, and detail-oriented
Education - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
