The Opportunity
  • Champion the needs of customers, business teams, and stakeholders throughout the development process, ensuring that what is delivered meets the original goals and objectives of the project. Ability to operate in areas of uncertainty and ambiguity and provide solid recommendations.
  • Solve important problems for our customers, or Vituity, in ways that our users and customers love, while enabling technology in ways that work for our business.
  • Discover innovative solutions and make product decisions that are good for our customers and Vituity.
  • Develop and document clear, comprehensive business requirements to bridge communication between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring technical solutions align with business needs.
  • Monitor all CR inquiries and issues for assigned platforms and ensure timely resolution; develop and achieve all objectives.
  • Provide knowledge transfers to colleagues and ensure optimal product knowledge to effectively build integrations, coordinate and prioritize activities with development groups.
  • Lead efficient proceedings of all phases of product development, prepare artifacts and manage communication to address open questions between business and engineering.
  • Develop ways to capture product data, user behavior data, and changes to user behavior over time with business growth.
  • Analyze platform markets and capabilities and design/update workflows to ensure optimal operational usage.
  • Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and IT teams.
  • Influence and collaborate with others, presenting and securing approval from senior management and other key stakeholders as needed.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance product functionality and user experience.
  • Develop platform roadmaps for enhancements and integrations.
  • Deliver Business Solution Documents and Software Development Lifecycle Documentation; gather requirements for platform enhancements and integrations.
  • Coordinate timely delivery of commitments to stakeholders.
  • Complete training on current technology and IT methodologies; pursue continuous learning opportunities; identify a mentor and meet monthly.
Required Experience And Competencies
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent education/work experience.
  • 3+ years experience with Salesforce in roles such as developer, solutions consultant, technical product manager or architect.
  • 3-4 years of Product Management experience.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with engineering teams.
  • Curiosity-driven learning in technology; ability to apply new knowledge to product development.
  • Technology-related certifications are preferred; Certified Scrum Product Owner is a plus.
  • Background in Hospital, Medical, or Pharmaceuticals is preferred; knowledge of Cloud Technologies is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Agile methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of AI tools for generating product requirements and low-fidelity prototyping.
  • Strong ability to document requirements, analyze data, and inform product vision and roadmap.
  • Strong prioritization, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to understand user needs and market trends; comfortable with changing priorities and risk management.
  • Strong curiosity about technology and commitment to continuous learning.

Base salary range: $95,590 - $121,875, plus eligible bonuses. Final offers are determined by skills, education, and experience. For details, speak with a recruiter.
