About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join team for end-to-end implementation of our software solutions for global telecom providers, enterprise customers, and system integrators. In this client-facing role, you'll drive solution integration and software deployment across the full delivery lifecycle—from requirements and design to production rollout and support handover.

You'll be responsible for installation, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, client training-ensuring successful and timely delivery of complex technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy virtualized platforms in customer or hosted environments
• Manage virtualization (VMware) and networking for new deployments
• Install and configure RHEL-based operating systems
• Configure storage and networking to support application platforms
• Implement security tools (e.g., Nessus, CrowdStrike) and monitoring tools (e.g., Centreon, Grafana)
• Create detailed technical documentation including architecture diagrams
• Support system testing, troubleshooting, and post-deployment transition to support

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficient in Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu); RHCE certification is a plus
• Strong knowledge of networking (Cisco); CCNA/CCNP preferred
• Hands-on experience with VMware vCenter/ESXi
• Solid understanding of SIP, RTP, SSL, and other communication protocols
• Ability to capture and analyze Wireshark traces
• Skilled in analyzing logs and traces using Linux CLI

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Linux scripting experience
• Basic understanding of PHP
• Familiarity with the Diameter protocol
• Experience with TrueNAS or other storage systems
