Job Description: Location: 100% onsite Totowa,NJHours: 2nd Shift Monday thru Friday 4 PM- 12:30 AM PSTPay Rate Range: $28 - $30 hourly on W2.Tool Operation: Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment (e.g., soldering irons, crimping tools, multimeters) for electrical assembly tasks.• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when working with electrical components, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe work environment.• Collaboration: Work as part of a team to meet production goals and timelines. Communicate effectively with colleagues and senior assemblers to ensure efficient assembly processes.Required Skills & Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent.• Basic knowledge of electrical components and assembly techniques.• Experience with or willingness to learn basic soldering, wiring, and electrical assembly.• Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, soldering iron).• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions carefully.• Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components.• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:• Previous experience in electrical assembly, wiring, or related fields.• Basic knowledge of soldering techniques and wiring standards.• Familiarity with testing and diagnostic equipment used in electrical assembly.• Experience working in a manufacturing or assembly environment.• Knowledge of safety protocols related to electrical assembly.Typically requires a minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience.Comments for Suppliers: Positions are 100% onsite in NJSpotlight Call NotesTop 3 Skills Required:1. Assemble things- electrical wiring, building computers, assemble monitors.Good Hand eye coordination. Will have deadlines to meet.Very hands on. Wants folks who are filling to get things done and ask what else they can do. Someone who is willing to stay late, meet the customer demands and ask what else can be done. A go getter.Solo project driven, and can work as a team.Physical requirements being able to lift up to 50 lbs. Anything over 50 lbs. will be on wheels as needed.Industries looking for experience: mfg experience, HVAC, semi conductor and automotive.
