This position provides supervision and oversight of 7 Facilities Electronics Technicians and 4 Locksmith trades by managing corrective and preventative maintenance needs, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment by enforcement of OSHA regulations and university policies, train and instruct staff on methods and procedures, developing schedules, assigning and monitoring workload with needs and priorities, and implementing productivity standards and resolving operational conflicts. Education and Experience Bachelors degree, two (2) plus years of management experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required. Previous supervisory experience is desirable. Skills and Knowledge Interpret and enforce the bargaining unit contract, University policies and individual department policies.
