What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities

• Organizing, classifying, and maintaining physical and electronic records.
• Accurately entering, updating, and verifying data in the records management system.
• Responding to inquiries by retrieving and providing information in a timely and professional manner.
• Converting documents into digital formats and maintaining secure electronic archives.
• Processing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in administrative, clerical, or office support roles.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
• Proficiency in data entry, digital/physical record systems, and Microsoft suite.
