The Scheduler assists practice managers in daily operations of central scheduling unit. Ensures information is obtained regarding the scheduling of physicians on call. Develops templates. Job Details POSITION RESPONSIBILITES: Develops/manages templates. - Coordinates doctors schedules. - Manages vacation schedule for doctors. - Processes recall letters. - Communicates with other clinical and ancillary departments to promote patient safety and patient satisfaction. - Assists with additional duties as needed. POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent 3 years of physician office scheduling experience. Salary Range USD $22.00 - USD $29.00 / Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidates qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and position location.
