Key Responsibilities: Assemble product components using hand tools and/or machines. Inspect products for defects or quality issues. Package and label finished products according to company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Follow safety protocols and procedures. Meet production goals and deadlines. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs.
