Connect with P+P customers over the phone to help them understand what they need for their appointment, find the time and location that's best for them, and answer questions with stellar customer service.As an office assistant, you will:
Commitment: One four-hour shift every other week during tax season (January 24-April 15th).
How do I know I am a good fit? Beyond basic computer proficiency, no previous experience is needed! Being bilingual in Spanish, Somali, Hmong, or Oromo is helpful but not required.
