Job Description Summary:
The Social Worker (BSW) assists patients and families with complex medical and behavioral health needs to navigate uneventfully, efficiently, and as effectively as possible through the course of their illness to improve or maintain social, emotional, functional and physical health. Practices professional social work and promotes patient advocacy in accordance with the NASW Code of Ethics for Social Work. Must maintain a current Ohio Social Work license.Job Description:
