- Pay: $25.00/hr during 30-day training, transitioning to component-based pay
- Average Annual Earnings: $76,000
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, early morning dispatch
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (terms apply)

Position Purpose: As a vital part of the food supply chain, our delivery drivers ensure that customers receive their products on time and in excellent condition while serving as the face of our company and cultivating lasting relationships.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers to ensure timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Collaborate effectively within the team to fulfill duties that best serve the company.
- Perform safety checks (pre/post trip) and inspections of the tractor/truck and trailer according to DOT regulations; take necessary actions if safety standards are not met.
- Report all safety issues and required repairs immediately.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines.
- Check for properly loaded and secured freight and report any hazards.
- Conduct count checks of loaded items and verify customer invoices.
- Complete all paperwork associated with freight accurately and legibly.
- Drive to deliver customer orders following a predetermined route delivery schedule.
- Unload products and transport them to designated customer storage areas.
- Perform damage control checks and communicate with supervisors about any issues.
- Obtain customer signatures upon delivery and manage cash or check collections as required.
- Ensure the security of the tractor, trailer, and freight at all times.
- Unload damaged goods and returns, completing necessary paperwork.
- Maintain daily records of service hours in compliance with federal, state, and company requirements.
- Perform housekeeping duties throughout the tractor and loading dock area.
- At the end of each shift, secure all equipment and complete necessary paperwork.
- Take on other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 12 months of commercial driving experience.
- High school diploma/GED or state-approved equivalent.
- Valid CDL B certification.
- Meet all state licensing and/or certification requirements.
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the past 3 years.
- Successfully pass a post-offer drug test and criminal background check.
- Pass a road test.
- Obtain a valid current DOT Health Card or be able to secure one.
- Able to hand-lift and utilize equipment for moving and stacking products weighing between 10-90 pounds, depending on the location.
