Lone Peak Hospital, part of MountainStar Healthcare and HCA Healthcare, is seeking a motivated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join its growing orthopedic spine surgery team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive care alongside a highly experienced spine surgeon in a collaborative and supportive environment.Position Responsibilities:• Conduct clinic visits including patient evaluations, follow-ups, and post-operative appointments• Assist with surgical procedures as credentialed and appropriate• Perform inpatient rounding, admissions, and discharges• Collaborate with the surgeon and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care• Provide patient education and coordinate care planningQualifications & Requirements:• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) degree from an accredited program• Current Utah licensure (or eligibility)• Orthopedic or surgical experience preferred; new graduates with strong interest in spine surgery are encouraged to apply• Excellent clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skillsCompensation & Benefits:• Competitive salary with comprehensive benefits package• Paid time off, CME allowance, 401K, and employee stock purchase options
