Extensive experience performing and training others in gynecological procedures, including pelvic exams, gynecological screenings, and evidence-based care practices. Training and experience in performing pelvic exams, Pap smears, and STI screening/treatment. Experience with preventive care, contraception counseling, and reproductive health services. Strong background in clinical education, mentorship, and procedural training. Experience working in a university health setting, outpatient gynecology practice, or a clinical training environment. Experience developing and implementing training programs for healthcare providers. Familiarity with quality improvement initiatives, clinical policy development, and regulatory compliance. Knowledge of inclusive, patient-centered, and culturally competent gynecological care practices. Experience with LGBTQ+ inclusive care, and PrEP prescribing. Supervisory or leadership experience in a clinical setting.Position Highlights
