Logistics Duties Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers. Help negotiate freight rates and secure loads for company drivers and partner carriers. Track and monitor shipments, providing proactive updates to customers. Resolve transportation issues quickly and professionally. Ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies. Administrative Duties Provide professional customer service via phone and email. Process driver paperwork, invoices, and billing. Maintain accurate records within the Transportation Management System (TMS). Assist with payroll entry, scheduling, and office reporting. Support management with daily operational tasks. Job Requirements: 1 3 years of experience in the transportation industry preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; TMS software experience is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor s degree preferred.
