Note: The hourly rate for this position is $25 - $25/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

Responsibilities:

• Hours: 5 days, 8 hr. shift, possible OT
• Assist in the construction, demolition, and renovation of buildings and structures
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe workplace

Qualifications:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Job is located on USA Parkway
• Must be able and willing to commute
• OSHA 10 Certification or a willingness to obtain it
• Background check and drug test required
• Previous experience in construction or skilled labor is advantageous
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
