Your Mission
- Development of scalable service desk architectures including agentic AI, UX monitoring and automation coordinated to customer requirements in RFIs/RFPs
- Conducting workshops to identify technical challenges and tailor-made support strategies
- Presentation of product demos and proofs of concept with a focus on the added value and innovative power of the solution
- Consulting on tools like Nexthink, Lakeside and AI-supported support solutions to optimize UX and efficiency
- Creation of technical offers, diagrams and RFP responses in close coordination with delivery teams
- Close cooperation with customers, internal teams and suppliers for continuous solution optimization
- Development of technical content, white papers and presentations for the positioning of successful customer solutions
Your Skills
- Must-have: 5 years in pre-sales, solution architecture or technical consulting in IT/customer support environment
- Deep knowledge in ITSM (e.g. ITIL), incident/request management as well as tools like ServiceNow, Jira or Zendesk
- Practical experience with UX monitoring (Nexthink, Lakeside) and agentic AI (chatbots, virtual agents, automation)
- Ability to convincingly demonstrate complex solutions and create technical content
- As a structured team player with strong initiative, you have strong moderation and presentation skills as well as negotiation-safe German and English skills (at least C1/C2)
- Certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, KI/Data Analytics as well as cloud experience (Azure, AWS)
- Customer orientation, pronounced problem-solving competence, creative mindset and ability to build trusting relationships
