Join our team at Jitsu warehouse and become an important part of making sure packages get to the right places on time. We're looking for dedicated workers to help us sort packages and support our delivery drivers. Your job is really important because it helps make our customers happy.
Your Responsibilities:
- You'll sort and check packages in your assigned area (we call it a pod ) to make sure everything is neat.
- You might work alone or with a team to sort and move boxes that can weigh up to 50 pounds.
- You'll use special machines like pallet jacks and follow safety rules.
- While using pallet jacks, you will have to move pallets with up to 60 packages that can weigh 100s of pounds. (Please do not apply if this is not doable for you)
- You might need to bend, crouch, and reach to do your work.
- You'll stay on your feet and work quickly during your shift.
- Keeping our warehouse clean is also part of your job. This means stacking pallets, sweeping, and taking out the trash.
- Being on time is really important. If you're more than 30 minutes late, it's like not showing up at all, and you won't get paid for that day.
- When it's time for a break, you'll take a 30-minute break. It's important not to take longer breaks because it might affect your pay.
Skills We Need:
- You're good at talking and listening to your team and bosses.
- Keeping things organized helps everything work well.
- If you've worked in a warehouse before, that's a plus.
- You're good at listening and following rules to stay safe.
- You can lift heavier packages, around 45-50 pounds.
Safety:
- You MUST be wearing closed toe shoes. If you arrive without closed toe shoes you will be sent home for your own safety. (No Crocs!)

When working in a warehouse environment through Bluecrew, you may be expected to do any and all of the following:
- Working independently or in a team to pick, pack, and ship items
- Safely relocating or repacking inventory items as directed, up to 50 pounds in weight
- Operating machinery or other light equipment as trained in a safe and responsible manner
- Reaching, crouching, bending over, and other physically strenuous activities as required by the immediate supervisor
- Working on your feet at a fast pace for the entirety of the shift
- Comfortable working in an environment where there are forklifts, machinery, large trucks, and other standard or sub-standard warehouse equipment
- There may be a specific dress code, but if it is not listed, please make sure to wear close-toed shoes and pants.
It is important to Bluecrew that you go home in the same healthy state that you came to work in, so please do not accept this assignment if you cannot fulfill all of the above duties.
