Warehouse Loader

Compensation: $21.50 / hour

Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Loader! This physically demanding role involves hand-building pallets of products for bulk and route trucks, ensuring meticulous order accuracy for outgoing shipments and incoming deliveries. Utilize our state-of-the-art electronic order system or order sheets to efficiently assemble loads using a forklift and/or electronic pallet jack.

As a Warehouse Loader, you will be responsible for:

• Safely driving a power pallet jack or forklift to pick items and build pallets according to load sheets or voice pick audio equipment (if applicable).
• Keeping track of any out-of-stock items by marking load tickets appropriately.
• Wrapping completed pallets securely for safe transportation.
• Submitting paperwork for order verification before loading and conducting thorough truck checks.
• Staging pallets and loading them into trucks when ready.
• Completing partial pallets and organizing mixed pallets efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and compliance.
• Demonstrating regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.

This position will require you to lift a high volume of products, typically between 20-45 pounds per case, in a variety of postures such as standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching, and grasping throughout your shift.
