Interplay is a startup ecosystem that supports founders via venture capital, an accelerator, a studio, a platform of core business services, and a multi-family office.

Our Studio is the division of Interplay that builds new companies from scratch. We come up with ideas internally, diligence them hard and when we cant kill them... we build them.

You will run the entire company and well be here to actively support you. Weve done this before. The ideal candidate is someone who is a serial entrepreneur, passionate about building, is a lifelong learner, and likes to win.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a new company
• Define company strategy & vision
• Develop product & operating model
• Raise capital (if needed)
• Scale

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Laugh (often)
• Have a great attitude and are willing to get their hands dirty
• Are willing to run through brick walls without a helmet
• Love problem-solving and winning
• Have relevant work experience, preferably from other tech companies
• Are hyper-organized
• Have the ability to work well in an unstructured environment
• Bachelors degree is required, MBA is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience
