09th September, 2025We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Team Lead to oversee daily operations, coach and mentor representatives, and drive improvements in customer satisfaction and retention.**Must obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License within first 60 days** What You'll Do
- Direct a team of customer service and licensed representatives, fostering collaboration and accountability
- Guide team members through mentoring, coaching sessions, and individualized check-ins
- Oversee scheduling needs, including attendance tracking, time-off approvals, and shift adjustments
- Address and resolve complex escalations such as regulatory inquiries, BBB/DOI cases, social media feedback, and policyholder complaints
- Work closely with training and performance teams to identify development opportunities and drive improvements
- Maintain strict compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and service quality expectations
Qualifications
- Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ year of management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to make decisions, prioritize tasks, and think critically in fast-paced situations
