Job Description
- Meets and greets all customers entering Casino in a professional, courteous and friendly manner.
- Responsible for customer check-in, answer customer questions, and advise and refer customers appropriately.
- Maintain knowledge of all casino promotions and gaming/non-gaming events.
- Handle high call volumes and transfer calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Required to assist with tournament registration, cash handling and ticket sales.
- Assist with updating customer personal information into the system as needed.
- Will work interchangeably at the welcome desk and tournament registration desk.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older to be considered.
- Must be ablet o clear pre-employment drug screening.
- Clear fingerprinting/background check.
