Receptionist/Office Administrator TEI, a full-service real estate investment company, is searching for a polished service and team oriented professional to be the face and voice of the organization. First impressions mean a great deal. This person will represent the organization, meeting and greeting clients, staff, and vendors, in person, over the phone, or virtually. The role is working with the Office and HR team, supporting the staff, making TEI a wonderful place to work. Receptionist
- Answering the phone and directing calls to the appropriate person in a positive and respectful, receptive manner.
- Greeting and announcing visitors.
- Monitoring and scheduling conference rooms
- Initiating staff communication, including making the initial welcome call to new hires and monthly birthday and anniversary emails.
- Maintaining and updating the company's phonebook/extension listing
- Maintain attendance.
Office Administration
- Function as liaison between TEI building management and cleaning services.
- Tracking and scheduling pickups for messenger FEDEX, UPS, USPS, MPH, and reconciling invoices using UPS Campus ship & Microsoft Access.
- Receiving rent checks from tenants and assisting with mailing out checks.
- Assist the HR Team with invoice reconciliation and projects as needed.
Requirements
- A positive, welcoming service mentality and attitude are an absolute must.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Must have strong telephone, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Reliability and good attendance are essential.
- Experience in hospitality or service industries is a plus
