Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Hospice Liaison for our Senior Care Communities in Bellevue, NE. Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with occasional weekends/evenings for events. On-call rotation of once every 6 weeks. Pay: Starting at $60,000 - based upon education and experience. Our goal at Hillcrest is to inspire people to live their best lives. Requirements for a Clinical Hospice Liaison at Hillcrest:
  • STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful).
  • Experience with hospice care required.
  • Expert at relationship building.
  • Formal education in communications, marketing or public relations preferred.
  • At least two years of experience in sales/marketing based in healthcare.
What are my responsibilities?
  • Develop and maintain a referral development plan and weekly planner; implement account development strategies to secure market share within service area.
  • Make external business development calls and visits in assigned territory as defined. Document daily marketing visits and information into CRM system within 24 hours of each visit.
  • Prepare and conduct presentations representing Hillcrest.
  • Communicate and gather of all needed customer data for all referrals and meeting with potential customer regarding admission to Hillcrest.
  • Effective and timely after hours and weekend coverage for referral management.
  • Knowledgeable of the financial/admission criteria while visiting potential customers to recommend appropriate options and care levels within the Hillcrest Health Services continuum.
